長期以來,在電子行(xing)業,溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)器正快速發展。由于能夠靈(ling)活控(kong)(kong)制各區域空調機(ji)組(zu)的(de)啟停與(yu)室內溫(wen)度(du),并能節省建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)空間和(he)工程造價,風機(ji)盤管(FCU)加(jia)新(xin)風空調系統(tong)(tong)一直(zhi)是以客房和(he)商務辦法用(yong)房出(chu)租為(wei)主業的(de)賓館飯店和(he)寫(xie)字樓等建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)首(shou)選的(de)半集中式(shi)空調系統(tong)(tong)型(xing)式(shi)。房間空調溫(wen)控(kong)(kong)器是控(kong)(kong)制末端裝置——風機(ji)盤管機(ji)組(zu)(FCU)供冷(leng)/熱量,實現(xian)分(fen)室溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)制和(he)節能運行(xing)的(de)關鍵(jian)。
普通風機(ji)盤管(guan)(guan)空調溫控(kong)器(qi)基本上是(shi)(shi)一個獨(du)立的(de)閉環(huan)溫度(du)調節(jie)系統,主要(yao)由(you)溫度(du)傳感器(qi)、雙位控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)、溫度(du)設定機(ji)構、手動(dong)三速開(kai)(kai)關和(he)冷(leng)熱(re)切換裝(zhuang)置組(zu)成。其控(kong)制(zhi)原(yuan)理是(shi)(shi)空調溫控(kong)器(qi)根據溫度(du)傳感器(qi)測(ce)得的(de)室(shi)溫與設定值的(de)比(bi)較結(jie)果發生雙位控(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao),控(kong)制(zhi)冷(leng)熱(re)水循環(huan)管(guan)(guan)路電動(dong)水閥(兩通閥或三通閥)的(de)開(kai)(kai)關,即用切斷和(he)打開(kai)(kai)盤管(guan)(guan)內(nei)水流循環(huan)的(de)方式,調節(jie)送風溫度(du)(供冷(leng)量)。
第一代空調溫(wen)(wen)控器主要是電氣(qi)(qi)式產(chan)品,空調溫(wen)(wen)控器的溫(wen)(wen)度傳感器采用(yong)雙(shuang)金屬片或(huo)氣(qi)(qi)動(dong)溫(wen)(wen)包,通過“給定溫(wen)(wen)度盤”調整(zheng)預緊力來設定溫(wen)(wen)度,風機三速開(kai)(kai)關(guan)和季節轉換開(kai)(kai)關(guan)為(wei)潑檔式機械(xie)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)。這類空調溫(wen)(wen)控器產(chan)品普遍存在(zai)“溫(wen)(wen)度設定分度值(zhi)過粗”、“時(shi)間(jian)常數太(tai)大”、“機械(xie)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)易損壞”等問題。
第二代空調溫(wen)(wen)控器(qi)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子式產(chan)品,溫(wen)(wen)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)采用熱敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)或熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),部分(fen)產(chan)品的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)設定和風速(su)開關通過(guo)觸(chu)摸鍵和液晶顯(xian)示屏(ping)實現人機交互(hu)(hu)界面,冷熱切換(huan)自動(dong)完成,運(yun)算放大電(dian)(dian)(dian)路和開關電(dian)(dian)(dian)路實現雙位調節。這(zhe)類(lei)智能空調溫(wen)(wen)控器(qi)產(chan)品改善了(le)人機交互(hu)(hu)界面,解決了(le)“溫(wen)(wen)度(du)設定分(fen)度(du)值過(guo)粗”等問題,但(dan)仍(reng)存在“控制精(jing)度(du)不高(gao)”、“時間常數(shu)大”、“操作較復雜”等問題。
目前國內外生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)廠(chang)家正在研究開發第三代(dai)智能型(xing)室(shi)溫(wen)空(kong)調溫(wen)控(kong)器(qi),個廠(chang)家積極響應國家的政(zheng)策,應用新(xin)型(xing)控(kong)制模型(xing)和數控(kong)芯片實現(xian)智能控(kong)制。現(xian)在已有國內廠(chang)家生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)出了(le)智能型(xing)室(shi)溫(wen)空(kong)調溫(wen)控(kong)器(qi),并已應用于(yu)實際(ji)工程。這一生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)帶動電子(zi)行業的發展。
